What to know before attending classes at Hands On ~~
 
We provide an amazing experience for comfort of baby and you, by offering a non clogged walkway to class, a comforting warm environment with no harsh lighting or noise, juice and water available at reception, a baby seat parking place, convenient location, great parking, a large family bathroom with a changing table, and a beautiful private  "Feeding Room" for breaks and relaxation. 
 
 
Parent Reminder List for all classes~~
  • Bring a soft comfortable blanket
  • Bring extra diapers
  • Bring a couple of baby's favorite toys or teething toy
  • Stimulated babies can get hungry, so be prepared to feed
  • Dress baby in normal everyday clothes, underneath include t-shirt or onesies
  • Pillows for sitting will be provided for parents
  • All parents are required to fill out a Parent Intake Form at first class
  • If your child has special needs, please check with our pediatrician to check for any special considerations
  • Mommies-- For both Yoga and Bounce classes if birth was natural please allow 6 weeks post partum, and if birth was C-section please allow 8 weeks post partum, and of course your Ob/Gyn doctor must clear you for exercise 
  • When attending any class, please remember to dress in comfortable loose clothing for flexibility
  • We ask all guests to remove shoes before class
  • If you are booked for a Yoga or Baby Bounce class, like any other physical activity, do not eat a half an hour before
  • If your child is hospitalized, or has special needs, we ask that you please talk to your pediatrician before booking, to ensure that we are all working together in the care of your child.
