We offer classes that are flexible for just about any family's situation.
Our classes are also offered in home, (extra charges may apply) or in hospital.
We accept cash, credit & debit. Our classes are priced for flexibility and environment.

Body Back Boot Camp-
This is our brand new toning and strengthening course to kick start your body into shape. It includes measurements, counseling and 8 personal trainer sessions to fit your body's needs. NO DAYCARE NEEDED-bring your child with you in our private studio. No additional cost. Limited time Cost is $80
($10 a session~~local personal trainers charge $40-$100 an hour!!)
Infant Massage-
This course is 3 or 4 sessions in length, every session we work on a different section of the baby's body, and is (designed mainly for children 6 weeks to walkers, and special needs children). Each class runs 30 min, depending on tolerance of baby.
Cost now with 40% discount is $48!!
Includes personal oil, stroke sheets, and diploma for baby. (Private class)

This is a course aimed at strengthening the bond between father and baby, course includes Infant massage, and tools for understanding their child's cues and states of awareness. Amazing program for new Dads!
Cost is $20 each class or a set of 3 classes for $50.

This is a Mom favorite, and is a very up beat strengthening class with baby. Sessions help increase maximum body strength, and energy level for Mom and of course are nothing less than fun interaction for baby! By using baby as free weight and integrating rhymes and songs, we keep you motivated to use workout time as a bonus bonding time with baby. You deserve this class! You'll feel like a million bucks!
Cost is $10 each or pay for 3 classes and receive your 4th class free!!
